We're all going through one of the most challenging times in our lives at the moment, which has impacted globally. But the impacts of COVID-19 has also had a massive effect on us as individuals.

A lot have turned to digital platforms to try and find some sense of connectivity with the rest of the world. Well Cheltenham Wellbeing Festival have taken this as an opportunity to raise those difficult discussions about how you're coping with the current measures through their creation of the Live Life Well Weekender.

From this Friday 8th to Sunday 10th May, the virtual festival will bring you a range of expert talks, workshops, events and resources. It's hoped that by providing you with such a range of activities to engage in, it will reduce anxiety and familiarise us with coping methods that we can use both now and for the future.

Encompassing the wellbeing experts of today, such as Natasha Devon, Josh Roberts, Rachel Kelly (just a few names of many), the Weekender will look at a whole range of subjects including health, fitness, nutrition and self-care.

It's definitely worth having a look at the range of workshops available, and the best part for many is it comes FREE. If you're a key worker or frontline staff, a current student or on a low income or unemployed then you can apply for a free ticket here. This is also open for General Admission at a ticket price of £10 - more information can be found on Eventbrite.

We strongly encourage you to take part, whether you struggle to cope with your wellbeing or want to know of the support available.

A full event schedule and list of speakers can be found on the Live Life Well Weekender website.
